• Calculate generation usage limits (e.g., 1,200 or 18,000 seconds per billing cycle)

3. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence technology to generate music and related content based on user input.

User content may be temporarily processed on secure servers to generate requested results. We do not use user content to train AI models without explicit consent.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are processed securely by Apple through the App Store.
• We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.
• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in Apple ID Settings.
• Generation limits (e.g., seconds per billing cycle) reset at the beginning of each subscription period.

5. Cloud Storage & Sync

• If you enable cloud storage features, your content may be stored securely using third-party cloud infrastructure.
• Data is encrypted in transit and, where applicable, at rest.
• Cloud storage allows synchronization across devices but can be disabled by the user.

6. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party services including:

• Apple (subscription processing)
• Google Sign-In
• Cloud hosting providers
• Analytics providers

These services operate under their own privacy policies.

7. Data Sharing for AI Generation, Cloud Processing, and Storage

To provide certain features, SubliminalGen may send limited user data to secure third-party service providers.

This may include:

• Text prompts entered by the user for AI music generation
• Combined audio files and user-created subliminal tracks
• Generated audio files for cloud processing, storage, sync, or download

We use the following providers:

• Kie.ai for AI music generation
• Supabase for user accounts and library-related backend services
• Google Cloud Run / Google Cloud Storage for audio processing and secure storage

We send data only when needed to provide the requested feature. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share audio publicly.

Users are asked for consent in the app before data is first transmitted for these cloud-based features.

Voice Recording Data

• Voice recordings created by the user are stored locally on the device by default.
• Voice recordings are not sent to any AI service.
• Voice recordings are only uploaded to cloud storage when the user chooses to save or sync a subliminal track, and only after the user has granted in-app consent.
• Audio files stored in the cloud are used only to provide the requested features such as storage, sync, or download, and are not used for advertising or shared publicly.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

• Provide services
• Fulfill subscription functionality
• Comply with legal obligations

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
