These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SubliminalGen application and related services (the "Service") operated by Psyche AI LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent.
SubliminalGen provides AI-powered music generation and related features.
The Service includes free features and paid subscription-based features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
The Service offers auto-renewable subscription plans, including but not limited to:
Generation seconds reset at the beginning of each subscription billing period. Unused seconds do not roll over.
Subscription pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of your selected subscription plan.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device.
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of AI music generation seconds per billing cycle.

We reserve the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance with plan limits.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate music based on user input.
AI-generated results:
We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes.
The Service allows users to generate audio content using artificial intelligence and audio processing tools ("Generated Content").
You retain ownership of the text, voice recordings, and other content you provide to the Service.
Subject to these Terms, Psyche AI LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Generated Content created through the Service.
You may use Generated Content for personal or commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
When Generated Content is used in publicly distributed or commercial content, you must provide attribution to the Service in a reasonable manner, such as:
"Created with SubliminalGen: Psyche AI"
or
"Audio generated using SubliminalGen: Psyche AI app"
Attribution must not imply endorsement by Psyche AI LLC.
You may not:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
