2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and personalize audio session building features
• Generate or personalize Laser Scripts based on category, subcategory, and tone preferences
• Enforce subscription entitlements and build limits
• Provide customer support
• Improve app performance and reliability
• Maintain security and prevent fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private content for advertising profiling or targeted ads.

3. Automated Script Generation

The Service may use automated systems, template logic, or artificial intelligence to generate or personalize Laser Scripts.

For this purpose, limited preference inputs — specifically category selection, subcategory selection, and tone preference — may be processed on secure servers.

Private voice recordings and personal custom text are not transmitted for script generation. We do not use your content to train AI models without explicit consent.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are processed securely by Apple through the App Store.
• We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in Apple ID Settings.

5. Data Sharing for Backend Processing

We share only the limited data necessary to operate the Service.

• Account identifiers for authentication and subscription access
• Category, subcategory, and tone selections for script generation or personalization
• Basic service diagnostics and security logs

We use the following providers:

• Supabase for user accounts and authentication
• Google Cloud Run for backend API processing

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share it publicly.

Voice Recording Data

• Custom voice recordings are stored locally on your device only
• We do not upload private voice recordings to our servers unless you explicitly use a future cloud backup or cloud sync feature
• Microphone access is requested only when you choose to record audio

6. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

• Apple — subscription processing and Sign in with Apple
• Google — Sign in with Google and backend API hosting (Google Cloud Run)
• Supabase — user account management and authentication

These services operate under their own privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

• Fulfill subscription functionality
• Comply with legal obligations

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data through the app settings or by contacting us.
