These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Transcend application and related services (the "Service") operated by Psyche AI LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent.
Transcend provides a personalized audio session builder. Users can browse content categories, assemble session builds from pre-built sections, generate Laser Scripts using automated systems, artificial intelligence, template logic, or proprietary processing methods, record custom voice sections, and play or export their builds.
The Service includes free features and paid subscription-based features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
User account registration may be required before subscribing or accessing certain paid features. This enables content syncing, purchase restoration, personalized libraries, saved builds, cross-device access, feature entitlement management, account status verification, service analytics, and secure delivery of subscription benefits.

The Service offers auto-renewable subscription plans, including but not limited to:
Subscription pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of your selected subscription plan.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device.
Except where required by applicable law or platform policy, subscription purchases are generally non-refundable.
Because the Service provides immediate access to digital content, premium features, saved progress, and personalized tools upon purchase, subscription benefits may be considered used once access is granted.
Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's billing and refund policies.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Free tier users are limited to 3 builds total. This limit is not monthly or renewable — once the 3 free builds are used, a subscription is required to generate additional builds.
Build limits:
Gold and Platinum subscribers receive unlimited builds for the duration of their active subscription.
We reserve the right to modify free-tier limits, features, or availability at any time.
You retain ownership of original content you personally submit to the Service, including custom voice recordings and text inputs.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
The Service may use automated systems, artificial intelligence, template logic, or proprietary processing methods to generate or customize Laser Scripts and related content based on user input.
Generated results:
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from use of the Service.
The Service allows users to build and export audio sessions using pre-built content, generated scripts, and personal voice recordings ("Generated Content").
Users retain ownership only of original voice recordings and original text they personally submit to the Service.
All embedded Service content, scripts, templates, pre-built sections, proprietary frameworks, and materials provided by the Service remain exclusively owned by Psyche AI LLC, including when such content is incorporated into a user-assembled build.
Subject to these Terms, Psyche AI LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resulting assembled content for personal use only.

All content made available through the Service, including but not limited to audio lessons, guided sessions, affirmations, written teachings, methodologies, frameworks, exercises, scripts, text, visuals, branding, and proprietary systems ("Protected Content"), is owned exclusively by Psyche AI LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Protected Content for your own personal use only.
You may not, without prior written permission:
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, damages, and enforcement of all available rights and remedies.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time within the app via:

Deleting your account permanently removes your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Termination of your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Subscription cancellations must be managed through your Apple ID account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
