How do I restore my purchase?
To restore your purchase, open the Transcend app and go to Settings. Tap "Restore Purchases" and sign in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
How do subscriptions work?
Transcend offers two subscription tiers. Gold ($9.99/mo) unlocks unlimited builds, all standard categories, Laser Scripts, custom voice recordings, and build export. Platinum ($19.99/mo) includes everything in Gold plus premium categories and exclusive content. Free users receive 3 lifetime builds. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions." Find Transcend in the list and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
I used all 3 free builds. What now?
Free users receive 3 lifetime builds. Once used, a Gold or Platinum subscription is required to generate additional builds. You can subscribe directly within the app under Settings → Subscription.
How do Laser Scripts work?
Laser Scripts are sessions generated based on the category, subcategory, and tone you select. They are available to Gold and Platinum subscribers. Your voice recordings and personal text are not sent to our servers — only your preference selections are used to generate the script.
Are my voice recordings stored in the cloud?
No. Custom voice recordings are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload your private recordings to our servers.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly within the app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account data. Note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel separately through your Apple ID account settings.
